Why I Do This Work
Formation through every season.
My understanding of health was formed through much more than certifications or exercise programs.
For nearly twenty years as a military wife, I learned how to remain grounded through moves, uncertainty, separation, transition, and the continual work of rebuilding family and community life.
My journey has also included motherhood, miscarriage, adoption, grief, deep personal formation, and the ongoing work of surrendering my plans and trusting God with outcomes I could not control.
Movement often carried me through those seasons. Running became a place to pray, process, persevere, and begin again. Pilates taught me awareness and connection. Strength training gave me a new understanding of physical resilience. Intermittent fasting, practiced intentionally, became an important part of my healing and formation—teaching me discipline, freedom, patience, and a deeper awareness of the body’s daily rhythms.
For years, I focused intensely on my health. Autoimmune issues, pain, marathon training, and multiple miscarriages sent me down countless rabbit holes—methods, diets, and exercise programs meant to heal and perfect me. Somewhere along the way, I began living as though my health itself were my calling. In many ways, I did become healthy; my body felt “fixed.” But the journey stopped there. I had spent so long believing I had permission to turn inward that I lost the courage and confidence to pursue anything beyond myself or to give myself freely to others. It left me depressed, realizing I had worked so hard to tend the lamp while hiding its light under a bushel. Now I want strength, fitness, health, and beauty to become fruit—not the destination, but gifts I can offer in service of the life God is calling me to live.
I believe God can use a woman’s health, vitality, beauty, gifts, and presence to draw others toward what is good and true. We receive those gifts gratefully, cultivate them faithfully, and offer them back to Him.

Does this sound like you?
You do not have to figure it all out alone.
Far More is for women across ages and seasons—whether you are building strength, preparing for pregnancy, recovering after birth or loss, raising a family, training for sport, carrying a demanding schedule, or simply longing to feel like yourself again.
Are you overwhelmed by comparison—or tired of feeling as though your body must prove your worth? Are you exhausted by diets that leave you starting over, undernourished, or disconnected from your body?Do your energy, cycles, or hormones feel out of rhythm, with brain fog, low motivation, stress, or constant fatigue making it hard to know where to begin? Are you walking through fertility questions, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, miscarriage, or grief—and longing for compassionate support? Are you trying to balance school, work, motherhood, sports, training, relationships, and faith without losing yourself?Do you want to become stronger and healthier without returning to punishment, obsession, or another extreme plan?Do you feel alone—as though no one truly understands what you are carrying or you are the only one going through it—and simply need someone to listen and walk beside you? There have been seasons when I felt too weak or tired to carry myself—to reach for the help I needed. I once told my first running coach, “I need someone just to lower me down.” Like the friends who opened the roof and lowered the paralytic before Jesus, sometimes we need someone beside us—someone who will help carry us toward the One who heals.
That is the kind of faithful accompaniment I hope to offer.
